Architecture video

This is dedicated to the art of presenting architectural excellence in motion. We encourage submissions that delve into the design process, spatial dynamics, and the very soul of architectural entities. Entries should leverage cutting-edge videography techniques and captivating storytelling to showcase the exploration and innovation inherent in architectural structures.

The Architecture Hunter Awards accepts short films only related to architecture and design, in any format up to 10 minutes. We interpret an architecture short film as a visual narrative that captures architectural concepts, spaces, and structures through cinematic techniques. This genre emphasizes not only technical aspects like framing and perspective but also incorporates advanced direction of photography, including composition, lighting, and camera movement to highlight architectural features. The film should deliver a concise story or showcase that enhances the understanding and appreciation of architecture, utilizing both architectural visualization and cinematographic skills to communicate the design’s form, function, and impact effectively. We welcome all films, regardless of whether they have been screened previously in any country or are available online. Submissions should be finalized to at least picture-lock status, as only one version of any film will be considered unless prior written approval is obtained.
