Designed by the architect Juliana Pimentel, Apartamento ZW stands as a testament to her exceptional talent and vision. In an interview, Juliana reveals the unique elements and challenges encountered during the project.

One distinctive feature of Apartamento ZW is the slatted panel in cumaru wood, which elegantly covers the walls and part of the ceiling in the living room. This, combined with the double-height ceiling, creates a warm and inviting ambiance. Juliana's use of natural materials like wood and stone, a recurring theme in her designs, contributes to the apartment's sophistication, functionality, and coziness. The carefully chosen furniture, designed by renowned names in international and national design, adds an extra touch of refinement.

The residents - a modern and young couple - sought a contemporary apartment that would reflect their vibrant personalities and love for art. Juliana aimed to create a space surrounded by captivating artworks and infused with positive energy, aligning with the clients' expectations.

While the project captivates with its aesthetic appeal, it was not devoid of challenges. Juliana emphasizes the importance of meticulous planning, attention to detail, collaboration, and monitoring to minimize the likelihood of setbacks. By employing these strategies, Juliana and her team overcame the challenges with great success.

Juliana Pimentel's design of Apartamento ZW merges sophistication, functionality, and coziness seamlessly. The use of natural materials, combined with exquisite furniture, creates an atmosphere of refined elegance. By incorporating the clients' aspirations and infusing positive energy into the space, Juliana has created a contemporary haven that reflects the essence of its owners.
