NCC Apartment: a sanctuary reflecting the dweller's personality and lifestyle.

The NCC apartment is a harmonious embodiment of both functionality and personal connection to nature. Through the eyes of the dweller, we can observe how every aspect of this unique space has been meticulously planned. The use of space was designed to host guests and promote gatherings, with the incidence of sky light in the social area, green plants, and the contrasting black ceiling creating a more inviting and contemplative environment. This balance between the natural and built environment is further emphasized through the choices of colors, plants, and objects, all of which were aimed at evoking natural elements and incorporating Brazilian handicrafts that reflect experiences from around Brazil. This creates an aesthetic language guided by a lifestyle that appreciates a closer connection to nature amidst the many buildings of São Paulo.

One of the personal needs in the project was the integration of a hammock in the living room for reading, adding a touch of comfort and personalization. This rational approach to design caters to practical living and resonates with the desire to create a space that's an extension of personal emotions and lifestyle. An almost imperceptible door enhances privacy in the internal area, and the use of wood throughout provides a cozy ambiance, especially in the master suite that evokes the idea of a “treehouse.” An open closet with artisanal plates made from coffee residue adds visual practicality and complements the minimalistic language of the project.

Certainly, for the dweller, the favorite part of the project is the living room, with its brightness, night lights, and proximity to nature through the care and contemplation of plants. This gives a sense of amplitude and connection to the living scenery, transforming the space into a haven of tranquility. On colder days, the wood-enveloped master suite becomes a cozy retreat. In sum, the NCC apartment is a finely tuned environment that melds practicality with personal style and a profound appreciation for nature. It's more than just a living space; it's a sanctuary reflecting the dweller's personality and lifestyle, where every design decision has been carefully considered to enhance both function and emotion.
