The Maestro Residence is an example of contemporary architecture that seamlessly incorporates natural elements into modern living. Situated in an undisclosed location, the residence offers an intriguing blend of contemporary design and comfort, harmoniously integrated into its surrounding environment. Based on an exclusive interview with the owner of the property, we delve into the aspects of design that not only make this residence aesthetically appealing but also significantly impact the day-to-day living experience.

According to the owner, residing in Maestro Residence has been a "wonderful experience." One of the distinctive design elements contributing to this is the extensive use of glass in the construction, which ensures ample natural lighting throughout the day. This is further complemented by the exterior vegetation, which, according to the owner, "complements the décor" of the house. The ambient lighting with multiple setting options enhances the space, providing a sense of modernity and comfort. Additionally, the cobogó wall has been particularly fascinating for the owner; the shadows it casts during daytime and its luminance at night alongside the bricks add a unique aesthetic touch to the residence.

When asked about how the unique design elements cater to their lifestyle, the owner emphasized the integrated living spaces and light color palettes that "increase the sense of spaciousness in the rooms." The elongated kitchen counter serves multiple functions — it’s not only a visual treat but also highly functional. "While one cooks, the other can sit and keep company; it also serves as a place for decorative items or eating," says the owner. Ventilation and sunlight are other elements that the owner pointed out, adding to the natural liveliness of the home.

The social spaces in Maestro Residence are designed to foster family interaction and connection. The most frequented space for social gatherings is the garden area, complete with a table. "When we open the door that separates the kitchen from the outdoor area, the garden interacts with the entire house," describes the owner. This unique design feature allows for dynamic circulation among family members and guests, as you find people scattered from the kitchen to the living room to the other verandas.

The Maestro Residence, thus, offers an intelligent and nuanced approach to design, clearly resonating with the owner's lifestyle. It stands not just as a structure but as a living, breathing space that compliments the modern, interactive way of life.
