CR Apartment has become an embodiment of green living, fluidity, and adaptability, reflecting the desires of the owners who reside there. Situated in a bustling urban setting, the apartment is a haven that artfully combines the external greenery with the internal living spaces, making it a one-of-a-kind project.

The owners' passion for a harmonious, clear, and adaptable living environment can be felt in every corner of the apartment. In an interview, they described their feelings about living in CR Apartment: "The fact that it's a fluid apartment, clear, with spacious and open environments, filled with greenery, and harmonious brings lightness and ease to our daily lives. It was designed to be practical and adaptable to our needs. Doors that transform the living room into a large open room to the balcony, bringing a lot of light and integration to this environment which we use so much."

One of the key features of the apartment is its transformation from the original plan, particularly in making the spaces more flexible and tailored to the owners' daily routine. As the owners shared, "We made significant changes to the original floor plan of the apartment. We closed an open balcony integrated into the master suite, transforming it into an office, one of the most used environments throughout the day by the couple who often work from home. We also expanded the master bathroom, introducing a bathtub frequently used by the family." They also mentioned how alterations like the expansion of closets and the redesign of the living room and spacious balcony have enhanced daily life when entertaining friends and family.

One of the most captivating aspects of the CR Apartment is its Garden apartment style, which initially attracted the owners to the property. They elaborated, "The fact that it's a Garden apartment, with the possibility of a large external area, with a lot of greenery, and the possibility of integration were certainly the biggest elements for choosing the apartment." Together with their creative architects, the owners have been able to craft a layout suitable for their family dynamics.
