Nestled in the heart of São Paulo, the CDS Apartment is a testament to the harmonious fusion of aesthetics and practicality. The project stands out not only for its prime location with a captivating view of Parque do Ibirapuera but also for its thoughtful design that seamlessly integrates social, intimate, and service areas, while bathing the interiors in natural light and refreshing breezes, thanks to its soaring double-height ceilings in the communal spaces.

From the outset, the client shared a profound alignment with the design philosophy of the studio: a reverence for aesthetic refinement, the marriage of technology and functionality, deep respect for all professionals involved, an appreciation for nature, and a commitment to minimalism.

The infusion of greenery from the outdoors into the apartment, through small trees, medium-sized plants, and a vertical garden, establishes a connection between the external environment and the interior spaces. The social area and the master suite are defined by three primary tones: concrete, wood, and black. Concrete forms the foundation of the apartment, gracing the floors, walls, and ceilings. Wood introduces warmth and coziness, while black brings sophistication through various textures.

The concept of minimalism extends in the apartment, and permeates the entire decor, characterized by a selection of few but carefully chosen pieces, emphasizing national design. The modular sofa, a sculptural centerpiece, embodies simplicity, materiality, and flexible functionality, able to transform into armchairs, side tables, or stools, ideal for convivial gatherings.

Every piece of furniture was selected collaboratively with the client, reinforcing the synergy between professionals and the client. Automation adds comfort and functionality to the apartment, controlling lighting, curtains, ambient sound, climate, and home theater systems.

From the initial concept to the final decoration, the studio's comprehensive approach ensures a sophisticated yet comfortable, functional yet flexible, and inviting apartment. It's a harmonious collection of pleasant and practical spaces for everyday living and celebrations with friends and family, where every detail reflects the shared vision of the client and the architectural team. The CDS Apartment shows that excellence can transform living spaces into functional works of art.
