As urbanization continues to expand, architects and developers face increasing pressure to create spaces that not only meet modern lifestyle demands but also respect and integrate with the natural environment. The BLVD. Alti, the first residential launch within the DISTRITQ development in Alphaville, Brazil, exemplifies this ideal. Designed by aflalo/gasperini arquitetos, with interiors by TRIA Arquitetura and landscaping by SOMA Arquitetura, the project promotes the dialogue between urban living and environmental care. The complex consists of six towers, each strategically positioned to offer panoramic views of the surrounding forest while optimizing natural light and ventilation. This thoughtful arrangement underscores the project's commitment to blending modern living with the serenity of nature.

The BLVD. Alti prioritizes resident well-being through its gardens, walking paths, and communal areas that encourage relaxation and connection. The use of sustainable materials and EDGE-certified construction practices ensures that the environmental footprint is minimized, with a demonstrated 20% reduction in energy and water consumption. This eco-conscious approach not only benefits the planet but also enhances the quality of life for residents, who experience reduced utility costs and a healthier living environment.

Beyond its environmental credentials, the BLVD. Alti shows contemporary sophistication. From the multifunctional penthouses to the garden apartments, each unit is designed to embody both style and functionality.
